Design
Together with our clients, we initially develop a clear understanding of the internal and external reasons for change.
The most important elements of the design phase are:
- detailing the case for action and the objectives for the planned changes within an iterative structure
- deployment of cross-functional know-how leaders to develop concepts for identified goals, e.g. by appyling the Action Lab method
- deepening of the responsible executives' understanding of the new concepts and developing a readiness for change.
