  • detailing the case for action and the objectives for the planned changes within an iterative structure
  • deployment of cross-functional know-how leaders to develop concepts for identified goals, e.g. by appyling the Action Lab method
  • deepening of the responsible executives' understanding of the new concepts and developing a readiness for change.
