Peter Spang (D)

Peter grew up in Egypt and is a former tennis professional. Inspired from meeting Timothy Gallwey in 1987, he is one of the pioneers in bringing the learnings from sports coaching into the world of business. He has led coaching processes for hundreds of executives and many organisations.

In the center of his performance oriented coaching method are distinctions like presence, awareness, self-responsibility, change of perspectives, personal growth through challenges, passion and flow.
Since 2002 he coaches and consults teams and enterprises in complex changes, using the ChallengeX method.
Peter's clients to date have included BMW, EADS, Eurofighter, Vodafone, Burda, Escada, Nike, Oska, Frencys, Doctors without Borders, IZP Centre of Palliative Care in Munich, Cities of Liverpool, Walsall, Malmö and Uppsala, Baxter, Daiichi-Sankyo, BBraun, Manzara Istanbul.
His book Zennis (Penguin Putnam 1998, Goldmann 1999) was published in the USA and Germany.
From 2007-2009 he lived with his family in Tel Aviv.
